According to the Busted boys, “this is our very deranged version of ‘Last Christmas.’” I’ve got news for you, Busted. We have presented way more deranged versions throughout our 22 days than what you’re giving us right now. But thanks for playing, we have some wonderful parting gifts for you.
Busted – Last Christmas
This is the version to listen to if you don’t have much time to dance. It’s freakin’ fast! It’s by DJ Cotter, and in case you forget, he reminds you several times during the song (like every good DJ should).
DJ Cotter – Last Christmas
This is an interesting beats n’ such version. It’s almost chipmunky in the sped up intro, and (strangely) you wish it would sway more in that direction. But the weird thing is, this version seems to use bits from a number of other versions… or am I hearing things?
Goonie K – Last Christmas (Smurfenjump Mix)
This track is by amateur artists the Jou Ryu Girls. Their band page at Soundclick.com has this to say, “We’ve just started… there’s not much history, but Song and I met a year ago and we just love singing.” Hey and that’s all it takes, right? Best of luck in all your future endeavors.
