Last night, believe it or not, was the first time in 4 years I’ve listened to the original version of “Last Christmas” by Wham! Incredible I know, but can you blame me? We are averaging over 100 versions a year! I will say though it gave me a renewed perspective on all the varied versions and I do think I like it more now than I did before.

I despise the Wham version, and I have a great time finding new ones here; it’s like driving past a holiday train wreck! Palast Orchester is still the best cover, but Dalida is brilliant also. Listening to the final mashup from today, and it’s brilliant.
